Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

• Your first order, shipping is always free. This applies to all orders within the US.
• All orders are shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days.

 

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

If you don’t like our product, you can request a refund for your first order within 30 days of placing your first order with us by sending an email to orders@ka-ex.com. In this e-mail you must include the following:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The date of your purchase
• Your shipping address
• Bank details.

 

We will then follow up with how you need to return your product to us, in order to get your refund.

REFUNDS:

You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.
