Refund and Returns Policy

If you don’t like our product, you can request a refund for your first order within 30 days of placing your first order with us by sending an email to info@ka-ex.com. In this e-mail you must include your name, your order number, the date of your purchase and your address and bank details. We will then let you know how and to which address you need to return your product to us in order to get your refund. You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.
