Shipping
All orders are shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days.

General Return Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, KA-EX drinks and powders cannot be returned once the order has left our warehouse. Returns for personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the item along with your order number to our support team: hello@ka-ex.com

We will then:

• Send a replacement, or
• Offer store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Incorrect Deliveries
If you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange free return shipping for the incorrect item and send the correct product.

Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping costs for damaged or incorrect products are covered by us. Returns for other reasons, including ordering errors, are not eligible.

Refunds
You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.
