Affiliates – Terms of Service

By participating in the KA-EX Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the commission structure as an affiliate of KA-EX.

1. Program Overview

KA-EX affiliates are eligible to earn commission by promoting KA-EX products using personal affiliate links and coupon codes provided through the Affiliate Dashboard.

2. Commission Structure

As of August 1, 2025, affiliates will earn:

• 20% commission on the total cart value of any purchase made via your affiliate link.
• Commission applies to all products on our webstore, including:
  • KA-EX Sachets
  • KA-EX Go-Bottles
  • KA-EX Welcome Boxes
  • **This replaces the previous flat commission of $59.99 on Welcome Boxes only.
• Lifetime commissions! Yes, you heard that right — Lifetime Commissions! Once someone places an order using your referral link or coupon code, you’ll automatically be credited for their future purchases, even if they don’t use your link or code again. This means you can focus on building long-term loyalty and consistent use of KA-EX without worrying about how your customers place their next order.

3. Customer Discount

Affiliates are issued a personal coupon code (COUPON20) that provides:

• 20% off and Free Shipping for their referrals’s first KA-EX order
• This will credit your Affiliate commission

4. Wholesale & Gym Referral Bonus (Limited-Time Offer)

Affiliates have the opportunity to earn:

• 20% commission on wholesale orders placed by gyms, studios, and workplaces they refer to KA-EX – limited to 6 months after their first order
• The referred venue will also receive 20% off their first wholesale order
• To qualify: set up an introduction email between your gym and jessica@ka-ex.com

• Once the venue is set up on our wholesale portal, a bespoke affiliate code will be extended to that venue for the 6 month duration.
• Please note- this subject to a case by case basis.        

5. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link, which:

• Is accessible via your Affiliate Dashboard
• Tracks all completed purchases for commission eligibility
• Must not be posted in spammy, misleading, or incentivized channels
• Note: Customers who shop in incognito or private mode may block tracking cookies. These sales may not be attributed.

6. Payout Terms

• Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out via your Paypal account connected to your affiliate dashboard
• Payouts are made within the first 10 business days of each month

7. Code of Conduct

Affiliates must:

• Represent KA-EX accurately and professionally
• Avoid misleading claims or health guarantees
• Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws (e.g. FTC guidelines)

8. Program Changes & Termination

KA-EX reserves the right to:

• Update or modify this Program or Terms at any time
• Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these Terms or brand guidelines
