2. Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of KA-EX LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to KA-EX LLC through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Sweepstakes period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 13, 2024 at 11:59 PM and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:
To enter, www.ka-ex.com/earthbar24 and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per week during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $500. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the KA-EX LLC’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection:
On or about January 10, 2025, the Sponsor will select one (1) entry for the prize in a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided with the entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

7. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Release:
By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless KA-EX LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Switzerland, Zurich. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Switzerland, Zurich, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Switzerland, Zurich or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Switzerland, Zurich.
